Eric Enterprises Incorporated has helped me tremendously when it came down to my purchase. Not only did they help me as a unit, Eric, himself, had helped me through the entire process. I was able to contact him through the holiday weekend in order to put in a bid for the land that I purchased. He was quick yet thorough and very accommodating. Words cannot express how grateful I am for all that he and his team has and will continue to do for me. 10 out of 10 and would recommend!

Not impressed with this Century 21 outlet. People were rude and not very professional. When asked questions answers came condescending and not the type of professional attitude I expected from Century 21 realtors. I do not recommend this business.

I have really enjoyed working with this company. My family and I are moving to the area from Florida, Misty has been a wonderful help with everything. I can’t wait to be in our new home. She has kept me informed and answered any of my crazy questions I had. She worked with us like we were family and in this Day and age that is rare. She even likes to email. Lol. Can’t wait to be home. Thank you for all your hard work.

Just be aware that if you rent from Century 21, you're not their client - the homeowner is. I recently moved out of a home that I rented through Century 21. I rented the home for over 2.5 years and left it spotless upon moving out. When it came time to get the security deposit back, the property owner was obviously trying to find any little thing to charge for, i.e. charging $50 to remove yard debris that the trash company takes for free. Of course, when I tried to bring up these issues with the real estate agent, she was no help as the property owners are who she's trying to help.

I purchased my last home from Century 21 Eric Enterprises (Eric Bradley). I was kept informed throughout the buying process. Eric was professional, detail oriented and made the home buying experience super easy.
